• Where are the headquarters of Limited Brands?

• When was the company founded?

  The company's founder, chairman and CEO, Leslie H. Wexner opened the first store (The Limited) in 1963 at the Kingsdale Shopping Center in Columbus, Ohio. The company began trading over-the-counter in 1969 and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1982. Today Limited Brands operates more than 2,600 specialty stores across the continental United States and in 2010 had annual sales of approximately $10 billion.

• When did you sell Express and The Limited?

  Limited Brands completed the sale of the majority interest in Express and The Limited in 2007.

• How many associates does the company employ?

  Limited Brands employs more than 90,000 associates.

• Where can I find one of your stores?

  Store locators can be found in the Our Brands section of the site.

• How can I open a franchise or establish a business partnership with one of your brands?

  In the U.S. and Canada, all of our brands are owned and operated by Limited Brands and therefore are not franchise operations. Throughout the rest of the world, we currently work with a small number of international partners to deliver our La Senza, Victoria's Secret and Bath & Body Works brands to customers. While we continue to develop our strategy for the international growth of our brands, we are not considering individual business proposals at this time.

   

• Does Limited Brands have a policy about relationships with suppliers and subcontractors?

  Yes. We require our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Limited Brands maintains a policy called "What We Stand For," which is designed to ensure that our business partners operate ethically and that our merchandise is produced under appropriate conditions in the United States and around the world. We will not do business with individuals or suppliers that do not meet our standards. We expect our suppliers to promote an environment of dignity, respect and opportunity; provide safe and healthy working conditions; offer fair compensation through wages and other benefits; hire workers of legal age, who accept employment on a voluntary basis; and maintain reasonable working hours. Finally, we require that all suppliers be particularly vigilant about compliance with country of origin and other requirements of the United States Customs Service and related agencies, and with similar requirements of other applicable jurisdictions.

• How can I reduce my Victoria's Secret catalogue mailings and e-mails?

  If you would like to change your address or reduce your Victoria's Secret Catalogue mailings or e-mails, please visit the customer service section of www.victoriassecret.com. If you no longer wish to receive our catalogues, please call 1.800.411.5116.

• Can I request information for a student project?

  Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, we may not be able to help each individual student. Helpful resources such as our Annual Report, brand pages and responsibility section of our website may be able to answer the questions you have. • Where can I submit a product proposal or idea?

• I'm interested in modeling for one of your brands. How can I submit my portfolio?

  We appreciate your interest in our brands. Due to the volume of such inquiries that we receive on a daily basis, our policy is to only accept submissions regarding modeling engagements through the leading modeling agencies or other established business relationships.
