In partnership with United Way's largest single-day of volunteerism, Community Care Day, nearly 100 Limited Brands associates gathered to volunteer during work hours on Sept. 15 at Camp Mary Orton in Worthington, Ohio. Limited Brands donated all the materials and a dedicated team of associates built a 360-square-foot deck behind the camp offices where camp administrators and volunteers can hold outside gatherings and activities. Other Limited Brands associates spent the day of service mulching, landscaping, painting and general grounds clean up activities.

For the past several years, Limited Brands, along with a number of Central Ohio companies have partnered with United Way where thousands of volunteers come together for one day to lend a hand and make a difference in area neighborhoods and communities. Last year, United Way registered nearly 4,000 volunteers participate in projects at more than 200 project sites.

Camp Mary Orton, part of the Godman Guild, provides activities and programs designed to promote economic growth, self-sufficiency, leadership among youth, employment training, nature appreciation and team development.
