Team Limited Brands Rides Pelotonia 2010

Limited Brands geared up and rolled out in pink jerseys on Saturday, August 21 with one goal in mind: ending cancer. Nearly 4,100 supporters, including 200 Limited Brands associates and their guests put their feet to pedals for Pelotonia’s second bike tour to defeat cancer. Created in 2008 by Dr. Michael Caligiuri, Director and CEO of the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, Pelotonia has become a significant source of funding for the James Cancer Clinic. Since 2008, more than $12.3 million has been raised for cancer research. One hundred percent of all money raised goes directly to cancer research at the OSUCCC-James.

With more than 200 riders, 200 virtual riders, and 88 volunteers, the Limited Brands Peloton raised more than $600,000 for Pelotonia and the James Cancer Hospital. Limited Brands is committed to the fight against cancer and helping to find a cure. We are proud to support Pelotonia and to help make a difference in our community.
