On Aug . 20 and 21, nearly 800 Limited Brands associates and guests took to their bikes in support of Pelotonia, forming one of the largest pelotons in the cycling event focused on one goal: end cancer. In addition, more than 740 associates supported the event as virtual riders and volunteers, helping to make Pelotonia 2011 an inspiring success. To date this year, Team Limited Brands has raised more than $3.4 million dollars, 100% percent of which will go directly to the life-saving cancer research taking place at the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute at The Ohio State University. And fundraising is open through October 2011...so we're not finished yet.
